No Random Acts

“There are no random acts. We are all connected. You can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind.” We are all the same. Even though we don’t all look the same, talk the same, or act the same, we are alike. We think alike. We have many similarities that we might not even realize we share. To me, this quote means that people do everything for a reason. Nothing is done without thought or without judgment. And because of the fact that people do everything with reason and judgment, a connection appears among us. This connection binds us together to the point where no one can say that we are different. The simile, “that you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind,” tells us that we are all so alike that there is no way that we could be taken apart.
